Our journey began with Gerald and Ruth, a dedicated husband-and-wife team whose passion for family and craftsmanship laid the strong foundation for Aluminum Master LLC.
Gerald grew up in the Chicago area with a deep work ethic, climbing from a lumber mill worker to managing multiple departments of a big-box hardware store, turning it from the lowest rated to one of the top-performing stores in the area. In 1983, a family connection drew him to Florida’s aluminum industry, where he quickly made a name for himself in screen replacement and aluminum construction.
By 1991, Gerald and Ruth officially launched Aluminum Master LLC in Naples, a city blossoming from a quiet fishing town into a luxury destination. Their honest, no-nonsense approach earned the trust of local residents and seasonal homeowners alike.
Ruth is a sixth-generation Neapolitan with family roots dating back to the mid-1800s. Her ancestors lived near Henderson Creek, where her family contributed to the community by supplying meat to local grocery stores—a tradition of hard work that continues today.
Together, Gerald and Ruth have built more than a business; they’ve built a family. They have six children who were homeschooled and raised with the family motto:
Their kids are creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and hard workers with interests ranging from music and entrepreneurship to physical fitness and blacksmithing.
Gerald’s passion for sports, especially softball, golf, and basketball, took a back seat as he devoted himself to raising his family and growing Aluminum Master LLC. His greatest investment has been in fostering a legacy of resilience, integrity, and dedication.
The family calls Golden Gate Estates home, where they enjoy gardening, cooking, family outings, and caring for their dogs and cats, living the Florida lifestyle they love.
